Permanent · C-Suite Principal
A boutique investment management firm required a Senior EA for their Managing Director — a highly specific brief that combined strategic diary and board-level stakeholder management with a requirement for deep discretion. Three previous searches through generalist agencies had failed to produce a suitable candidate. We identified and placed the right person within six weeks, from a shortlist of three candidates.

EA to Managing Partner

A national law firm sought a replacement EA for their Managing Partner following a long-serving EA's retirement. The search required access to a very narrow candidate pool with experience in PE or investment environments. We conducted a retained search over eight weeks, presenting four candidates with documented PE or investment experience, and facilitated a placement that the principal described as the most consequential hire the firm had made in two years.
